Questions

Common questions

Do you need access to our systems?

Read-only access or data exports. I never need write access or full card numbers.

Do you build the fixes yourself?

I design them and work alongside your engineers. Your team keeps the code.

Which providers do you work with?

Any. Most SaaS clients use Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, Mollie, Braintree or Paddle.

Where are you based?

Amsterdam. I work remotely with clients in Europe, the US and elsewhere, and meet in person in the Netherlands.

How many clients do you take on?

A few at a time, so every engagement gets my full attention.
